Esther Mira is a professionally trained dancer who has been studying three forms of Classical Indian dance (Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and Odissi) since the age of six. She has studied under Neena Gulati at the Triveni School of Dance in Brookline, Massachusetts and under Smt. Girija Chundra at the Regatta Institute in Kerala, India. In August, 2014 she completed intensive Bharatanatyam teacher training with her guru Neenaji in Brookline, Massachusetts. She has a lot of experience in teaching youths and adults, dancers and non-dancers and especially loves introducing Indian dance to those who have never tried it before. She also enjoys Bollywood and blending western forms of dance (such as modern and jazz) with classical Indian dance.
